We are seeking a Senior Manager of Retirement Benefits to help shape and deliver best-in-class retirement and financial wellness experiences for our Associates. In this high impact role, you will have the opportunity to influence retirement strategy at scale and lead the administration, and engagement of complex retirement programs while providing trusted expertise, white-glove Associate support, and strong governance across the organization. This is a hybrid position based in our Marlborough, MA office. What You Will Do Lead the design, administration, and compliance of defined contribution and defined benefit plans, including 401(k), Puerto Rico plans, pension, and non-qualified programs Serve as a subject matter expert across IRS, DOL, and ERISA requirements, plan governance, audits, and regulatory changes Partner with Finance, Legal, vendors, fiduciaries, and external advisors to ensure plan excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency Deliver high-touch financial education through 1:1 consultations, workshops, and tailored resources that empower Associates at all levels Act as the escalation point for complex retirement and financial wellbeing inquiries Guide vendor relationships, RFPs, renewals, and operational improvements Analyze participation, behavior, and plan performance data to drive continuous improvement and inform leadership decisions Support fiduciary committees, investment reviews, reporting, and strategic planning What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience 5+ years of experience managing large scale retirement plans and financial wellness programs Deep knowledge of DC/DB plans (qualified and non-qualified) and ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations Proven ability to translate complex plan provisions into clear, actionable guidance Thorough understanding of plan design options and market availability Strong vendor management, analytical, and project management skills Exceptional customer service skills with a white-glove, Associate-first mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships with internal and external partners in a rapidly changing environment Demonstrated experience communicating/presenting with all levels of leadership; exhibits recognizable, confident executive presence and self-awareness. USA Home Office Marlborough MA 300 Value Way This position has a starting salary range of $117,000.00 to $152,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
