Description Senior Total Rewards Leader - Director Robert Half Irving, Texas, United States (Hybrid) Senior Total Rewards Leader (Hybrid — Irving, TX) | Director We're looking for an experienced Senior Total Rewards Leader to guide compensation, benefits, and broader rewards strategies that support employee engagement and business priorities. This role partners closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen core people programs, improve operational consistency, and ensure a positive employee experience. Based in Irving, Texas, it's ideal for a strategic HR leader who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution. Your Impact:
+ Provide strategic and operational leadership over health & welfare, retirement, and compensation programs + Design, administer, and govern robust benefits across multiple states and operating companies + Translate complex regulations into clear, employee-friendly guidance + Partner seamlessly with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and vendors + Lead M& A benefits integration and scale processes as the business expands
What You Bring:
+ 10+ years of senior-level experience in Benefits & Compensation (benefits expertise is critical) + Deep ERISA, compliance, and multi-state/multi-unit knowledge + Hands-on experience with major HCM platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, Dayforce, etc.) + Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); CBP or similar certification preferred + Strong Excel/Office Suite skills, exceptional communication, and a collaborative, empathetic approach This hybrid role in Irving, TX offers a competitive salary, an outstanding benefits package, and the chance to make a real difference in a dynamic environment.   • At least 5 years of progressive experience leading benefits, compensation, or total rewards programs, including senior-level responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in health and welfare plans, retirement programs, compensation strategy, and total rewards administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements and experience managing programs across multiple states or operating entities.
  • Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to execute complex people programs.
  • Experience using HRIS or benefits administration platforms such as Workday, Oracle, Dayforce, or similar systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; relevant certifications in compensation or benefits are a plus.
  • Advanced analytical and spreadsheet skills, along with clear communication and the ability to explain complex topics in a practical way.
