Military encouraged to apply. Job Description Develop and execute compensation strategies that support business objectives Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs. Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven solutions. Lead market benchmarking to ensure pay is competitive both internally and externally. If any gaps are identified, recommended enhancements to programs. Provide guidance to senior leadership on compensation related matters, including new hires, promotions and retention.
