Medical Director Strong Support Infrastructure:
Dedicated clinical, operational, and administrative support teams Role Overview The OB/GYN Medical Director provides full-scope OB/GYN care while serving as a clinical leader within Diana Health's integrated model. You will partner closely with Certified Nurse Midwives, hospital teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality, accessible care while building a sustainable practice environment. Key Responsibilities Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including gynecologic procedures and surgeries Serve as Medical Director, guiding clinical strategy and care delivery Collaborate with and support CNMs, focusing on higher-acuity and complex cases Lead development of clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient safety efforts Partner with leadership on operations, growth, and community impact Participate in laborist call as backup to in-house CNMs Engage in continuous improvement, education, and team collaboration Compensation & Benefits Competitive base compensation (no wRVU requirements) Annual performance bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (HSA/FSA options) 401(k) with employer match CME allowance + paid CME time Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Generous PTO, holidays, and paid parental leave AI-enabled documentation tools to reduce administrative burden Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN 5+ years of clinical experience preferred Prior leadership experience strongly preferred Robotic surgery experience Active DEA Tennessee license (or ability to obtain) Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care Our Culture At Diana Health, we value purpose, collaboration, and sustainability .
