This role manages health, welfare, and retirement plans, partners with brokers and vendors, supports annual enrollment, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as a backup for payroll operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who excels in benefits administration, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, life, disability, supplemental, and 401(k) plans. Manage benefits enrollment, billing, carrier feeds, audits, and compliance reporting. Prepare Form 5500 filings and support 401(k) audits and testing. Reconcile benefits costs and maintain accurate records through ADP. Partner with brokers, carriers, and payroll stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Lead annual open enrollment and employee benefits communications. Review and approve payroll transactions and provide payroll backup support. Qualifications 5+ years of benefits management experience. Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration, compliance, and 401(k) plans. Relevant experience working with external brokers and self-funded plans. Proficiency with ADP; ADP Workforce Now preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to cross-train team members, share knowledge effectively. #INDD #ZR
