Your expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to service will help clients make informed decisions while ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout the year. In this role, you'll partner closely with clients, producers, carriers, and internal team members to deliver proactive account management, benefit education, renewal support, and day-to-day service. You'll play a meaningful role in strengthening client relationships, supporting retention efforts, and helping organizations create valuable benefits experiences for their employees. How You'll Make an Impact Manage employee benefits accounts by providing exceptional service, strategic support, and timely solutions to client needs. Analyze benefit offerings and assist in developing recommendations that align with client goals and workforce needs. Prepare and present renewal materials that help clients make informed benefits decisions. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, Third-Party Administrators, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Lead and support Open Enrollment meetings, educational sessions, and client communications. Guide clients through benefit administration, compliance questions, funding options, and enrollment processes. Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and ongoing account support. Contribute to the success of the client services team by collaborating effectively and supporting departmental initiatives.
