Dallas, Texas — In person Volkswagen Park Cities of Dallas is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance & Insurance Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a proven automotive professional who can maximize profitability, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and maintain the highest standards of compliance.

Responsibilities:

Present financing, protection products, and vehicle-service options clearly and professionally Secure competitive approvals through banks, credit unions, and manufacturer lending programs Structure deals properly while maximizing finance income and product penetration Ensure all contracts and required documents are accurate and complete Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements Work closely with the sales and management teams to finalize deals efficiently Follow up on contract funding, missing documents, stipulations, and CIT items Build strong relationships with customers and lending partners Protect customer information and maintain accurate deal records Help achieve monthly volume, profitability, and customer-satisfaction goals

Qualifications:

Previous automotive F&I Manager experience required Proven record of strong PVR and product penetration Strong understanding of automotive lending, deal structure, and compliance Experience with RouteOne, Dealertrack, or similar systems preferred Volkswagen or import-brand experience is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-first mentality Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Weekend and dealership-hour availability required
