Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the primary reimbursement resource for healthcare providers and manufacturer partners.
• Support benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance, and appeals resolution.
• Educate provider offices on Medicare, commercial insurance, payer policies, and available support services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices and manufacturer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal hub teams to ensure timely and effective customer support.
• Conduct site visits, provider education sessions, and manufacturer-sponsored trainings.
• Provide reimbursement guidance and communicate benefit investigation outcomes and status updates.
• Manage territory activities, account coordination, and project execution to meet client objectives.
• Document and track all field activities within the CRM system.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and travel requirements. Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims processing, and appeals.
• Experience with Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and specialty drug therapies (e.g., oncology, dermatology).
• Project management and account management experience preferred.
• Proven presentation, training, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a changing environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, PowerPoint, and web-based meeting platforms.
• Previous field reimbursement and specialty pharmacy experience preferred.

Pay Details:
