Job Description
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Field Reimbursement Manager opportunities in Minneapolis, MN or Des Moines, IL. Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary reimbursement resource for healthcare providers and manufacturer partners.
- Support benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance, and appeals resolution.
- Educate provider offices on Medicare, commercial insurance, payer policies, and available support services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices and manufacturer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal hub teams to ensure timely and effective customer support.
- Conduct site visits, provider education sessions, and manufacturer-sponsored trainings.
- Provide reimbursement guidance and communicate benefit investigation outcomes and status updates.
- Manage territory activities, account coordination, and project execution to meet client objectives.
- Document and track all field activities within the CRM system.
- Operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and travel requirements. Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims processing, and appeals.
- Experience with Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and specialty drug therapies (e.g., oncology, dermatology).
- Project management and account management experience preferred.
- Proven presentation, training, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a changing environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, PowerPoint, and web-based meeting platforms.
- Previous field reimbursement and specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
