Daycare Director

Job Description We are currently seeking a Director to join our team! This role will be responsible for the overall operation of our Executive Programs. The Director will be responsible for the administration of our Programs, including: Overseeing the hiring process, including interviews, resumes, and hiring processes Conducting candidate evaluations and compensation plans review Conducting performance reviews and compensation plans design changes as needed Assisting with recruiting efforts for new Executive Members, as well as assisting with the recruitment of current Executive Members. Managing the executive team's calendar and scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. Assisting in the development of learning plans for new or existing programs. Assisting with annual financial statements preparation.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. The above statements reflect our policy requirements and may change at any time without notice.
