Job Description
Summary Working within a service team of Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, and others, along with consultants/sales producers, the Benefits Account Manager plays a key role in delivering a client experience that achieves the quality and service standards developed by the agency. The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for serving Benefits clients (large groups of 100+), including both client companies and their employees. The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for leading pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes and serving as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions and regulatory changes. The position also requires timely and accurate documentation in agency management systems. Qualifications At least 3 years of employee benefits experience, to include group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products Experience with self-funded plan a plus Well versed in customer service Excellent verbal and written communications Proficient in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe. Experience with BenefitPoint ImageRight helpful Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful This position requires a Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license, to be obtained within sixty days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
