Job Description
Growing company in Hampton, NH is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join their team. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leaders while helping ensure the organization's total rewards programs remain competitive, compliant, and scalable within a dynamic, growing environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across benefits administration, compensation analysis, leave management, and retirement plans, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization experiencing ongoing growth and change. Key Responsibilities Administer and support all aspects of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. Partner with external benefits brokers and vendors to manage plan administration, employee communications, and ongoing program enhancements. Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, including planning, communications, employee education, and system updates. Support benefits integration efforts related to acquisitions, including evaluating transition strategies and ensuring smooth onboarding into company-sponsored benefit programs. Administer employee leave programs, including
FMLA, ADA
accommodations, parental leave, state leave programs, and other company-sponsored leaves. Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding leave eligibility, processes, and return-to-work planning. Support compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary structure administration. Assist with job evaluations, compensation banding, and pay equity initiatives. Partner with HR leadership to provide compensation insights and recommendations that support talent attraction, retention, and internal equity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in total rewards, benefits administration, compensation, or a related HR specialty. Strong knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, and retirement plan administration. Experience supporting compensation analysis and salary banding initiatives. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities and changing business needs. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Dayforce is preferred but not required. Experience working within a matrixed organization is highly preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.

8am-5pm,
Monday-Friday Schedule:
2-3 days onsite in Hampton, NH; 2 days remote
Compensation:
