Job Description
Job Description The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the organization's compensation, benefits, leave of absence, and wellness programs. This role ensures total rewards programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives while supporting the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent for all employee populations, including hourly manufacturing. The position partners with business leaders to develop compensation strategies, manage employee benefits programs, oversee leave administration, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance the employee experience and support a high-performance culture. The Total Rewards Manager reports to the Chief People Officer. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant responsibility in compensation, benefits, leave administration, and/or total rewards.
- Experience administering compensation structures, salary planning, and market pricing programs.
- Experience managing employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
- Experience supporting leave administration and HR regulatory compliance.
- Manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of compensation strategy, benefits administration, and total rewards principles.
- Knowledge of applicable compensation, benefits, retirement, leave, and employment regulations.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data; Advanced Excel proficiency required.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, benefits administration systems, and reporting tools; Dayforce experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% to manufacturing sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or
PHR/SPHR
