Job Description Responsibilities:
Assist with development and implementation of pricing and/or reimbursement strategies and programs to obtain coverage in a customer segment Provides reimbursement-related advice to product development teams, marketing, sales, and customer service Identifies payer opportunities and implements programs to resolve/decrease barriers to entry for CSL products or therapies Optimize pricing structure and market dynamics of bid process to expand business opportunity for products Works closely with policy, sales and medical staff to evaluate the economic impact of the use of therapies/products on payers, including the government Provide education on reimbursement/pricing to Sales, Patient Services and HCPs and customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences or healthcare discipline 7+ years' pharmaceutical industry experience in reimbursement or case management Strong understanding of relevant market reimbursement policy Work experience with patient advocacy groups regarding coverage policies Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements. Refer to local job documentation where applicable. The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $156,000 - $176,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies, and other relevant factors.
