  • 63,000/year Health insurance 2 weeks paid vacation Employee meal discount Real advancement opportunities with a growing restaurant group Supportive leadership team that invests in your career What You'll Do as a Restaurant Manager Oversee daily front of house restaurant operations Hire, train, coach, and develop FOH team members (servers, hosts, bussers) Build and manage weekly employee schedules based on business volume Monitor labor costs, employee hours, and payroll reporting Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Order restaurant supplies within budget Support local marketing and promotional initiatives Lead by example and create a positive, accountable team culture What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience (full-service or breakfast/brunch concept required) Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent communication, guest service, and conflict resolution abilities Calm and effective under pressure during busy rushes Solid organizational, administrative, and time management skills Working knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation Experience with scheduling, labor management, and shift execution Hospitality, customer service, or FOH supervisor background a plus
