Job Description:
Directs, coordinates, and participates in the preparation, cooking, wrapping, or packing of food serviced or prepared by the Restaurant, collecting of monies from in-house or delivery customers, or assembly food orders. Directs food preparation personnel to ensure food adheres to standards of quality to maintain the cleanliness of restaurant and equipment Coordinates activities of workers, engages in keeping business records, collecting, and paying accounts, ordering or purchasing supplies, and delivery of foodstuff to retail customers. Interviews, Hires, Discharges, Trains and Evaluates all restaurant staff.
Pre-requisites:
Education:
Two (2) years associate degree preferred, High school degree required.
Experience:
Sufficient exposure, generally a minimum of two (2) years in QSR establishments as a server, food preparer, shift manager, or assistant unit manager.
Physical:
Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. Must have the stamina to work up to 45 hours a week.
