Armed Security Officer (Per Diem → Full-Time Opportunity) Dover, Delaware Delaware Red Card Required Looking to get your foot into a professional federal/security environment? We are hiring Armed Security Officers for per diem openings in the Dover, DE, area, with the potential to transition to full-time opportunities upon getting approval for a federal position. It may take 4-5 months. Candidates with prior federal site experience or existing security clearance/background investigation history are highly encouraged to apply as they get approved faster. What We're Looking For Active Delaware Red Card (Armed) Professional and dependable individuals Strong communication and situational awareness Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overnight coverage when needed Reliable transportation Strongly Preferred Prior federal/government site experience Previously cleared or active

SF-85 / SF-86

Military, corrections, law enforcement, or armed security background Experience in access control, patrol, or high-security environments Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment Access control and badge verification Foot and/or vehicle patrols Monitor and report suspicious activity Complete incident and daily activity reports Respond professionally during emergencies Why Apply?
