Reporting to the Director of Executive Engagement, this role supports the intake, coordination, tracking, and execution of executive engagement requests and prepares detailed briefing materials that ensure leaders are informed, confident, and well-positioned to achieve engagement objectives. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and a collaborative mindset. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Office of the President, Marketing/Communications, Institutional Advancement, Strategy, and other partners. Represent the Office of the President with professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset. Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information, confidential materials, and executive communications.
