WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a sales role where success comes from activity, consistency, and communication. You'll operate in residential neighborhoods within a 20-30 minute radius of your assigned office. Engage homeowners and identify potential roofing or exterior needs Participate in weekly training and shadow top performers in the field Build skill, confidence, and earning potential through daily activity This is a performance-based role where your base provides stability while performance bonuses and commissions drive total earnings into the $75,000-$100,000+ annual range for consistent producers.
