The Executive Specialist provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager and Boards of Trustees, helping ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Cooperatives. This position serves as a key point of coordination for board activities, corporate records, regulatory compliance, company meetings, and special projects while maintaining strong relationships with employees, members, trustees, and industry partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail.
