Practice Overview Provide outpatient endocrinology care focused on diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic disease with no hospital responsibilities. Begin as a Sub-Investigator and transition into the Principal Investigator role through a structured mentorship and succession plan from the practice's founding physician. Participate in Phase II-IV clinical trials, with opportunities to expand into Phase I research over time. Grow into a leadership position representing the practice with sponsors, research partners, and the broader medical community. Schedule Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. Outpatient-only practice with no hospital call. Dedicated research support allows you to balance clinical care with research responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits Approximately $300,000 annual salary plus relocation assistance.
