Your responsibilities include:

Meeting with homeowners to evaluate roofing concerns Performing roof inspections and documenting findings Explaining roofing options and restoration solutions Scheduling appointments and coordinating project details Maintaining communication throughout each customer's project Recording customer activity using company CRM software Participating in ongoing coaching and professional development Success in this role comes from building relationships, communicating clearly, and following through on commitments.
