With a team of approximately 40+ professionals, the organization is known for delivering best-in-class work alongside top architectural partners. The Project Executive will be instrumental in driving project success while helping to build out both senior and mid-level leadership. As a Project Executive, you will have a visible seat at the table with leadership and a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory. Job Description Lead and oversee multiple high-end interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, including PMs and SPMs Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors Drive project performance, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are achieved Collaborate with senior leadership to support company growth and operational excellence Mentor and develop project management staff as a Project Executive Ensure best-in-class execution across all phases of construction projects Represent the company in high-level meetings and client engagements as a Project Executive MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
