Job Summary:
The human resources technician performs clerical and data entry tasks of a moderately complex nature requiring a high degree of accuracy and provides excellent customer service to district employees and the general public.
Starting Rate:
Grade 3: $25.12 - $34.51
DOE Work Day:
8 hours per day
Work Year:
12 months

Non-Represented Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position): A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. At least two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in an office environment. Ability to present information to large or small groups. Must demonstrate highly developed organizational and prioritization skills. Must demonstrate proficiency with personal computers, utilizing software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent attention to detail and superior writing skills in English. Strong customer service skills. Ability to manage and utilize different data sources to complete tasks. Ability to prioritize and successfully complete assignments in a timely manner. Ability to problem solve, analyze issues, and create plans of action to reach solutions. Ability to work and communicate with diverse individuals and groups under a wide variety of circumstances.
