- Full-time We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator to support recruiting, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and workforce management.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting both internal staff and temporary employees. Position Summary The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, attendance tracking, payroll support, and client workforce coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage hiring processes for internal employees and workforce placements. Review resumes, screen candidates, and assist with hiring decisions. Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines. Coordinate job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs. Ensure completion of employment documentation, background checks, and drug screenings. Process employee separations and conduct exit interviews. Employee Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and workplace concerns. Assist with conflict resolution, coaching conversations, and disciplinary actions. Support a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives. Communicate with supervisors regarding attendance, performance, and employee relations matters. Compliance & HR Administration Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records. Monitor compliance with I-9 requirements, labor laws, and company policies. Assist with workers' compensation claims and unemployment responses. Workforce & Client Support Coordinate staffing needs with client companies and supervisors. Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and assignment completion. Track workforce availability and ensure staffing levels meet client requirements. Address workforce concerns and maintain positive client relationships. Payroll & Administrative Support Review and process employee timesheets. Assist with payroll verification and payroll-related inquiries. Process direct deposit requests and employee payroll updates. Support bill payment and administrative office functions. Qualifications Required Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Previous experience in Human Resources, Staffing, Recruiting, or Employee Relations.
