Job Description The Human Resource Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, smooth onboarding experiences, and responsive employee support. It involves administrative tasks, communication duties, and coordination with other teams to maintain efficient HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing and processing employee documentation. Host new hire orientation sessions to welcome employees and communicate key company policies. Provide responsive customer service to employees by addressing HR-related questions and requests. Assist in completing and verifying I-9 documentation and maintain accurate records. Process employee terminations within the ADP system. Coordinate drug testing and physical paperwork for new hires. Support employees during open enrollment and respond to questions regarding insurance plans and other benefits. Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate HR staff or departments. Perform general office duties including scanning, photocopying, mailing, and emailing documents. Maintain organized and up-to-date digital employee records. Draft and prepare HR-related correspondence as requested. Manage incoming and outgoing mail as needed. Collaborate with staffing agencies to support hiring efforts across departments. Take on additional HR-related tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. High attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities. Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in human resources or related field or equivalent experience. HRIS Software experience required. At least two years related experience required.
