Overview Join our dynamic team as an HR and Payroll Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in managing human resources and payroll functions that keep our organization thriving. This energetic position offers the opportunity to streamline HR processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support employee engagement initiatives. You will be at the forefront of fostering a positive workplace environment by handling a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities with precision and enthusiasm. Your expertise will contribute directly to enhancing workforce management, talent development, and organizational success. Responsibilities Oversee payroll processing accurately and efficiently using HR systems such as Exaktime and ADP WFN ensuring timely payments and compliance with all legal requirements. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans providing clear communication and support to staff. Manage human capital management activities such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, safety training and performance management to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce. Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws by staying current on regulations like
FMLA, OSHA
standards, and HR legal requirements; implement necessary policies accordingly. Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and training & development programs that align with strategic goals. Handle confidential information with integrity while managing personnel records and data entry tasks to ensure data accuracy. Facilitate employee relations through effective communication skills, conflict management strategies, and conducting employee evaluations to promote a positive work environment. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing and benefits administration within fast-paced organizational settings. Hands-on experience with HR systems and proficiency in Excel data analysis is highly desirable. Familiarity with applicant sourcing and onboarding processes. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask priorities related to workforce management initiatives. Excellent communication skills paired with administrative experience in handling confidential information and conducting interviews or employee evaluations. Familiarity with OSHA standards, employment & labor law compliance, and affirmative action planning to support regulatory adherence. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
