This candidate needs to be comfortable working in a High Volume environment, will support candidate onboarding experience, will work very closely with HR team onsite. Preferred background in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Position Summary Client is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and hiring activities for the organization. This role is ideal for an individual with 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, talent acquisition administration, or a similar Human Resources function. The Recruiting Coordinator will serve as a key administrative partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities include reviewing candidate applications from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, preparing offers, maintaining recruiting documentation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position is focused on recruiting operations and process coordination rather than strategic recruiting, talent acquisition planning, or proactive sourcing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Coordination & Administration Support day-to-day recruiting and hiring activities for professional-level positions. Review candidate applications and resumes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Screen resumes against established job requirements and hiring criteria. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate interview logistics and communications. Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Ensure candidate information is accurately documented and maintained within recruiting systems. Hiring Process Support Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate an efficient hiring process. Prepare and process offer documentation for selected candidates. Assist with offer communications and candidate follow-up. Monitor hiring activity and ensure timely completion of recruiting milestones. Maintain recruitment records and support compliance with company procedures. Provide status updates to hiring managers and recruiting teams as needed. Candidate Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Provide timely communication regarding interview scheduling, next steps, and offer status. Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. Respond to candidate inquiries and coordinate follow-up activities. HR & Recruiting Support Support recruiting and HR-related administrative functions. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information. Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment activities as needed. Support process improvements and recruiting operational efficiency. Required Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, Talent Acquisition Support, Human Resources Administration, or a related field. Exposure to Human Resources processes and recruiting operations. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience reviewing resumes and screening candidates. Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring activities. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting corporate or professional-level hiring. Previous experience preparing employment offers or onboarding documentation. Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment. Familiarity with HR systems and recruiting technologies. Experience supporting hiring managers and recruiting teams.EEO:
