Submittal Workforce Coordinator | Mesa, AZ Join the Nexeo Staffing Team in Mesa, AZ! The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the experience, engagement, and success of Nexeo's temporary workforce while ensuring smooth front office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for candidates and employees, helping create a positive, organized, and responsive branch environment. The Workforce Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining strong communication with active employees, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring individuals feel prepared, connected, and supported throughout their assignments. This position also contributes to overall branch efficiency by managing front office flow, handling incoming communication, and supporting daily administrative operations. This is an entry-level, in-office role designed to provide a foundation for growth into recruiting or other branch positions over time. Success in this role is measured by employee experience, responsiveness, organization, and accuracy. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing support and resolving concerns Maintain communication to ensure employee engagement and assignment readiness Greet and assist candidates, employees, and visitors in person, phone, and email Answer and route calls while guiding candidates through the hiring process Support onboarding and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and system updates Maintain a clean, organized office and ensure efficient daily operations Collaborate with team members and communicate updates to support branch success Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Basic administrative and computer skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Professional and friendly demeanor Pay $17.00-19.00 per hour Schedule Part Time | Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 2:00
