This position plays an important role in attracting qualified candidates, coordinating the hiring process, supporting new employee onboarding, and assisting with employment verification and safety-related administrative processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate interested in building a career in recruiting, human resources, or employee relations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruiting and Hiring Create, post, and maintain job openings across online job boards, recruiting platforms, and other employment channels. Review incoming employment applications and screen candidates based on position requirements and qualifications. Communicate with applicants regarding employment opportunities, application status, interviews, and next steps in the hiring process. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand current hiring needs and assist with filling open positions. Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records within the company's applicant tracking and recruiting systems. Assist with managing candidate information and tracking the progress of applicants throughout the hiring process. Help provide a professional and positive candidate experience from the application process through onboarding. Recruiting Events and Outreach Attend and represent the company at career fairs, hiring events, schools, and other community recruiting events. Onboarding and Employment Verification Assist with new hire onboarding and ensure required employment and onboarding documentation is completed accurately and timely. Assist with the completion and verification of Form I-9 documentation. Process employment eligibility verification through E-Verify in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential applicant and employee records. Assist with employee orientation and new hire processes as needed. Safety and Administrative Support Provide support to the Safety Department and assist with safety-related documentation, communications, and projects as needed. Assist with maintaining employee training and safety-related records when assigned. Work collaboratively with Human Resources, Safety, Payroll, hiring managers, and other departments to support company hiring and employee needs. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong interest in recruiting, human resources, or employee relations. Experience reviewing employment applications or coordinating interviews is a plus. Familiarity with Form I-9 documentation and E-Verify is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required. Pay:
