Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Up to 20 hours a week) The schedule is generally flexible during regular college business hours. Scottsdale Community College's Career & Workforce Center is seeking an organized, professional, and relationship-focused individual to provide employer engagement, program coordination, and administrative support to the Director of Career Services and the Career & Workforce Center team. Responsibilities include coordinating employer and community partner meetings and follow-up; managing the Director's scheduling calendar; supporting faculty requests, Career Center events, workshops, internships, and special projects; and maintaining partner communications and program information. This position will also provide administrative support for non-credit and workforce development offerings, including scheduling, registration, communication with participants and instructors, and program logistics. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working professionally with employers, faculty, staff, students, community partners, and college leadership. To best serve the students, department, and college, this position requires a physical presence on equine facilities. Desired Qualifications Experience providing administrative or program support, including coordinating calendars, meetings, events, and multiple projects. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Experience working professionally with employers, community partners, faculty, students, or other internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling systems, spreadsheets, online forms, and similar technology. Experience in higher education, career services, workforce development, or non-credit programming is desired. Special Working Conditions May require occasional evening or adjusted hours to support Career Center programs, employer events, workshops, or special events.
