This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Bachelor's degree who is looking to begin their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience supporting a professional HR team. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday paying $25/hr. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior HR experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of new-hire paperwork. Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and other HR-related appointments. Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Respond to routine employee and HR-related inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate team member. Assist with data entry and maintaining information in HR systems. Help coordinate employee communications, meetings, and HR initiatives. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Provide general administrative support to the HR team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree is required. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship, administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus but not required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
