Job Description
HR Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company who is in search of a HR Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is slated for at least three months, though there is potential for longer term employment here. This company is near Tempe, with a Monday-Friday schedule, fully onsite. The hourly rate is up to $25/hr. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working independently. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR documentation. Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing onboarding packets and employment paperwork. Enter and maintain employee information within HR systems and spreadsheets. Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions. Assist with employment verifications, personnel file requests, and document management. Track and organize compliance documents, certifications, and required employee records. Prepare reports and assist with HR projects as needed. Answer employee questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR team member. Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and correspondence. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting Human Resources. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
