We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR technology, data management, and system optimization. The HRIS Intern will be responsible for things like: + Assist in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases. + Support HR data entry, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making. + Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and HR teams for resolutions. + Conduct research on HR technology trends and recommend process improvements. + Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all HR systems. + Assist in employee onboarding, system training, and documentation. + Support HR projects related to automation, compliance, and process efficiency. The Specifics:

+ You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's with a graduation date of December 2026 - May 2027 + Pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field. + You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher + Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 18, 2026 to July 31,2026 + You can expect a regular on-site schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week + Relocation not provided for internship + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience in Java preferred + Strong understanding of logical reasoning, including the ability to work through if/then conditions and decision-based workflows + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and data analysis tools. + Attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Interest in HR technology, data management, and system optimization.
