About Us We are a Los Angeles-based golf accessories company specializing in headcovers and a wide range of golf-related products, serving both wholesale and retail markets. Backed by our parent company in China (Dongguan Kairui and its Craftsman Golf brand), we have over 15 years of experience in golf product design and manufacturing. Our parent company operates a mature factory system with a team of over 200 employees, supporting OEM/ODM customization, with products exported to the U.S., U.K., Japan, and other international markets. With strong manufacturing capabilities and product development expertise, we offer stable product quality, competitive pricing, and flexible customization options. We also operate local warehousing and fulfillment in the U.S., enabling faster delivery. By integrating Chinese manufacturing with U.S.-based operations, we provide our clients with: Lower costs (factory-direct supply) Faster delivery (local fulfillment) Flexible cooperation (low MOQ & customization support) Our brands include Craftsman Golf, Big Crazy, My Tag, Big Teeth, covering a wide range of golf accessories such as headcovers, ball markers, and divot tools. Craftsman Golf has consistently ranked as an Amazon Best Seller. As our U.S. business continues to grow, we are looking for the following position: Responsibilities Legal & Compliance Coordination (Priority) Serve as the primary point of contact with external legal counsel Assist in preparing and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents Support employment and operational compliance matters Maintain proper filing and documentation of legal records HR & Recruiting Manage the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination) Assist with onboarding/offboarding and employee record management Office Administration Oversee daily office operations and organization Manage office supplies and purchasing Coordinate internal communication and scheduling Accounting & Administrative Support Track daily expenses and reimbursements Manage petty cash Coordinate with external accountant on payroll and tax-related matters Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or office management Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized Strong communication and coordination skills Fluent in English (required for daily business communication) Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (cross-cultural communication skills) Preferred Experience working with legal or compliance-related matters Experience in contract management or legal support Familiar with hiring platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Experience in small business or startup environments Compensation $22-$30/hour (based on experience) Performance-based salary growth and advancement opportunities Schedule Flexible schedule available Full-time or part-time On-site position What We're Looking For Someone seeking long-term and stable employment Proactive and able to work independently Responsible and willing to take ownership
