Company Overview iKrusher Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator (HR Coordinator) to support daily HR operations. This role reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for recruitment coordination, HRIS management, time and attendance tracking, and employee engagement support. The ideal candidate has experience in HR administration, recruiting processes, onboarding, HRIS systems, and time and attendance support, and can effectively support both employees and management. Job Summary This full-time, onsite position requires a highly organized individual who can manage HR administrative tasks, recruitment workflows, onboarding processes, HRIS updates, and time & attendance tracking. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and internal compliance.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee job postings through the company's HRIS platform (e.g., Paycor, ADP Workforce Now, or similar systems) Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations, ensuring a smooth employee onboarding experience Manage time and attendance tracking, including reviewing punches, overtime monitoring, and policy compliance Ensure timecard accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll processing Support HRIS administration, including employee data updates, document management, and system record accuracy Support employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys and reporting Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies Collaborate with the HR Manager, hiring managers, and internal teams to support HR operations
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or Administrative roles Experience with HRIS systems preferred; Paycor and/or ADP Workforce Now (WFN) experience is a plus Payroll processing or payroll support experience is a plus High school diploma or AA degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding, and time & attendance systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
