Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our HR Team in the development and delivery of our onboarding training programs across our healthcare practices and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, expertise in instructional design, and proficiency in various learning technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence education initiatives, enhance learning experiences, and contribute to the continuous growth of our team. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for creating or updating innovative content, utilizing tools to optimize training effectiveness and tracking employee's training throughout Centric. Duties Design, develop, track and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational HR onboarding goal. Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information and tailor training materials suitable for adult learners in various formats such as e-learning modules, classroom sessions, and virtual presentations. Conduct classroom training sessions and virtual workshops with excellent presentation skills while maintaining high engagement levels. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms; continuously improve content based on learner needs and organizational feedback. Oversee project timelines and manage multiple training projects simultaneously with strong project management skills. Qualifications Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training & development roles. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a keen eye for proofreading and content accuracy. Experience working in an HR Department is highly desirable. Background in adult education or classroom experience. Experience in Healthcare (Clinical and MSO models) Strong presentation skills with the ability to facilitate engaging training sessions across diverse audiences. Pay:
$25.75 - $31.01 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
