Full-Time, OnsiteJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Technician to provide administrative and technical support across a variety of HR functions. This position will assist with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, personnel changes, leaves of absence, workers' compensation documentation, and general employee support.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HR administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential employee information while balancing multiple priorities. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as the Human Resources Technician will regularly interact with employees, candidates, management, and outside contacts.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview/testing coordination, and candidate processing.

Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and required employment documentation.

Assist employees with general questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Process personnel changes, including new hires, compensation, benefits, and employee information updates within HR/payroll systems.

Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR records.

Assist with benefits enrollment and related employee documentation.

Process and track leaves of absence, workers' compensation documentation, and related HR forms.

Maintain HR databases, tracking logs, spreadsheets, and employee records.

Prepare and process employment verification and other personnel-related requests.

Provide administrative support for employee training and other HR programs.

Prepare invoices and documentation for payment as needed.

Respond to employee and applicant inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure HR documents are processed accurately and according to established policies and procedures.

Provide additional administrative and HR support as assigned.
