Hours:
7:00 A.M.- 3:30 P.M. or 8:00 A.M.
- 5:00 P.M. Monday
- Friday;
Pay:
$20.00- $25.
HR Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support :
Assist with posting job ads on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.Onboarding Assistance :
Support the new hire process by preparing orientation materials, coordinating first-day activities, and ensuring necessary documentation is completed.Database Management :
Update internal HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases with new employee information, such as contact details and employment forms.Administrative Tasks :
Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel files while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.Employee Engagement :
Help plan and execute company events, career days, or team-bonding activities.Policy & Compliance :
Assist in reviewing and distributing company policies and keeping records updated for legal compliance.Requirements & Qualifications Education :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.Interests :
