Job Description:
Nuvoton Technology Corporation America (NTCA) is seeking an experienced Administration & Human Resources Manager to manage U.S. HR operations and office administration. This position is responsible for overseeing core administrative and human resources functions with a strong focus on payroll, employee and benefits administration, wage and labor compliance, audits, and immigration-related support. This role ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws while working closely with management and headquarters. Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration Administer accurate and timely payroll processing, prepare payroll reports, and maintain payroll records Administer employee benefits and insurance programs, including annual open enrollment Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies Support performance review cycles, compensation benchmarking, and HR reporting Oversee office operations, vendors, and administrative processes Assist with immigration matters and provide administrative support for expatriate employees Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a multinational environment Solid hands-on experience with U.S. payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance Strong attention to detail with a high level of professionalism and communication skills HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM?CP, or SHRM?SCP) preferred Mandarin language proficiency is a plus
