Bilingual HR Administrator

•Our client is seeking a Bilingual HR Administrator (English/Spanish) who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally focused to support our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing administrative processes, coordinating multiple priorities, and ensuring that critical HR functions are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will play a key role in onboarding, employee records management, HR compliance, recruitment support, and day-to-day HR operations. This position requires exceptional follow-through, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and safety training Manage onboarding paperwork and employee documentation Prepare and process workers' compensation reports Support recruitment efforts, including application tracking and candidate coordination Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS system Perform high-volume data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel Enter applicant and employee information into internal databases and systems Pick up and distribute mail among five company locations Handle occasional trips to the post office and other business-related errands Coordinate occasional lunch pickups for meetings or company events Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and self-motivated work style Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively manage their time, juggle competing priorities, and ensure that no detail falls through the cracks while supporting a positive employee experience.
