Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient processServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the interview processMaintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accuracy and integrity of candidate dataPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline scheduling and improve recruiting workflowsTrack and report on recruiting metrics, supporting data-driven decision-makingAssist with documentation of recruiting processes, tools, and best practicesSupport logistics for recruiting events, including campus recruiting and networking initiativesCollaborate with HR and operations teams to support offer processes and onboarding coordination
