A growing manufacturing company in North County is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people-focused responsibilities with administrative and compliance-driven tasks.
The HR team is looking for a professional who can build relationships throughout the organization while maintaining strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
