Job Description
As organizations continue to grow and evolve, the importance of a well-supported workforce has never been greater. Our recruiting team is working with a forward-thinking company in North County San Diego that is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support talent initiatives and employee-focused programs within their HR department. This role will work closely with HR leadership and recruiting teams to support a variety of important HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding support, employee documentation, and internal communication. The HR Assistant will help ensure that HR operations remain organized and that employees receive the support they need throughout their time with the organization.
In addition to administrative responsibilities, this role provides valuable exposure to the broader HR function and offers an opportunity to gain experience with recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and HR program implementation. Candidates who enjoy working in collaborative environments and who are interested in learning more about the strategic side of HR will find this position particularly rewarding.
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with employees and internal teams. The ability to remain detail oriented while supporting a variety of HR initiatives will be key to success in this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interview scheduling and recruitment support activitiesAssist with new hire onboarding processes and documentationMaintain employee records and HR databasesSupport HR projects and employee engagement initiativesPrepare internal communications and HR documentationTrack HR data and assist with reporting and metricsRespond to employee inquiries and support HR team operations
