This position sits at the intersection of recruiting and HR operations, offering exposure to talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and internal communication. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting logisticsSupport new hire onboarding, documentation, and orientation processesMaintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel filesAssist with employee communications, engagement initiatives, and HR programsPrepare reports, HR metrics, and internal documentationEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation standardsSupport HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
