Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator II to support a wide range of HR functions including benefits, leave administration, recruitment, and employee support under the HR Director. This mid-level role requires strong HR knowledge and the ability to independently handle routine employee inquiries and HR processes. Located in Valley Center, CA, Full-time, Monday-Friday, $30
  • 33/hr
What You'll Do:
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Administer employee benefits and act as liaison with providers
  • Manage and track employee leave of absence cases, documentation, and compliance
  • Assist with HR events, employee engagement, and internal programs
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries and interpret standard policies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR and Tribal Services records
  • Generate reports and support HR data tracking and audits
  • Step into lead support duties when needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Associate degree in a related field (required)
  • 3+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and/or leave administration
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
