Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating Recruit staff by developing job descriptions and preferred qualifications, preparing job adverts, reviewing applications, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates Prepare/Review Timecards reports from HR System Address any employment relations issues Prepare/Update employee handbooks with legal consaultants Process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval Plan, design, and develop training for staff Maintain, coordinate, monitor and report HR trends and issues within the scope of work Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization Support Operations department and
ISO 9001
2015 and
ISO 14064-1
audit. Arrange Management Meeting/Reviews Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Mandarin is required Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or related field Two or more years relevant Human Resource experience Ability to work both independently and proactively. Flexible, curious and down to earth personality with a true passion for HR Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills "We may offer sponsorship for eligible candidates seeking OPT, evaluated by Attendance, Performance, and cooperation."
