• Conduct background checks and verify employment history for prospective candidates.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including training programs and policy updates.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations in all HR processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
