Job Description

Please note: this is a seasonal position with full-time hours set to go through the end of the year.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Candidates must successfully complete criminal background check. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish.
Overview:
The HR File Clerk is responsible for providing a multi-faced advanced level of administrative support to the HR department. Able to perform a wide range of HR and support duties of a complex, confidential, sensitive, clerical, technical and responsible nature supportive of the HR Department.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Coverage of busy front reception desk Assist with preparation of new hire paperwork Create employee file folders for all seasonal employees File onboarding documents Assist with picking up checks and mailing checks via UPS Pulling files as requested for the administration and staffing teams
Knowledge:
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing & data entry skills (at least 40 WPM) Knowledge of general office duties (filing, scanning and copying)
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures Must utilize discretion in managing highly confidential or sensitive information Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of management Professional appearance is required Excellent organizational skills: proven ability to manage, prioritize and complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
