Human Resources Coordinator Benefits & Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance options Opportunities for professional development and internal advancement Supportive, team-oriented environment Human Resources Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of human resources experience , ideally within QSR, hospitality, or the restaurant industry Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Human Resources Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills Multi-unit restaurant or franchise experience Experience recruiting both hourly and management-level positions Knowledge of labor scheduling and workforce planning Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Human Resources Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract diverse, qualified talent Lead the sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for all restaurant roles Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and address employee relations issues promptly Coordinate training programs and support performance improvement processes Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate employee records Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR reporting Prepare and analyze reports related to staffing, turnover, labor costs, and retention metrics If you're passionate about supporting employee growth, ensuring workplace compliance, and making a positive impact, this is an outstanding opportunity to further your HR career within the restaurant industry.
