In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while making a meaningful impact across the organization. Duties Manage human capital management systems and ensure accurate data entry within the Ultipro HRIS platform. Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates and supporting onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development programs. Assist in creating and preparing materials for presentations. Assist and participate during company events and fairs. Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between staff and management. Provide support when introducing new initiatives Maintain compliance with OSHA standards, handle contracts documentation, and support administrative functions such as data collection and reporting.

Requirements Experience in human resources or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing tools like Paychex, UltiPro, or ADP. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects using project management principles while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS and Payroll systems Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Salary :
